2025年10月26日にラーメン二郎 湘南藤沢店に行ってきました。
というのも
先日行った時↓(リンク)は店主営業じゃなかった気がしたんですよね。

長らく藤沢店に行ってないから
店主の顔は覚えていないけど
亀戸店主の兄なのに麺上げ担当が似ていないな～って思ってさ……
そんなわけで確かめに行ってきた。
で、結論から言うとやっぱり前回は店主じゃなかったのよね。
今日、店に入った瞬間、
あっ、この人、亀戸店主の兄だ、、
ってわかるぐらい似ていたからさ、、、
さて、今回の訪問時間は11時39分。
全然並んでいなくて着丼は12時05分でした。
というわけで、今回食べたラーメンはコチラ。
感想。
よくも悪くも普通の二郎。
シャキヤサイは標準的。
非乳化に近い汁は普通の二郎スープ。
豚は前回よりいい。
麺はデロでも硬でもなく標準。
食べごたえたっぷりである。
一方、この時の限定メニューだった背脂チゲは激ウマ。
辛いと思っていたが、
ピリ辛ぐらいでラーメンの味を壊さず
旨味たっぷり。
これが一番美味い笑
なかなか行く機会がない藤沢店だけど十分堪能したわ。
